We are a small team of talented instructors with a wide range of skills and experience in pole dance and beyond. We love what we do, and we do it with passion. We look forward to sharing our skills with you.

Nicole Tait

Owner + Instructor

Nicole created Get Fit and Fly in 2015 and has since been passionate about teaching pole fitness and developing our community, facilities and services. She is a personal trainer and also teaches pole fitness, dance and flexibility to an advanced level.

Mel

Pole and Boxercise Instructor

Mel has been with the team since 2016 and has a wealth of exercise background including  booty dance, boxercise, aerial hoop and burlesque chair dance . She teaches our weekly heels class as well as our sweaty boxercise class.

Brit

Pole Instructor

Brit has been a student with us since 2017 after attending various other studios for a few years, she started teaching with us since 2018 . She loves introducing new people to pole and teaches our weekly beginners classes.
