Beginners Pole Classes
We run beginners classes every Tuesday at 7pm. This is a great class to get started in. You’ll learn all the basic spins and holds as well as putting them together in to short sequences. This is the best way to get started, all you need to do is book a session and turn up in any workout gear you feel comfortable wearing! These classes are available to pay as you go, they must be booked before turning up.

2 Pole or Move Strong
2 Non-Pole classes (Strong + Flexy/ Yoga/ Dance)
Per Trial
AND you can choose the start date of your trial to suit you.
You can sign up to any of our Dance, Yoga, Pliates or Strong and Flexy Classes at any time as a Drop in. Check out our other class types here.
Move Strong
To get involved in our Move Strong classes just book into any of our Move Strong session in the first week of the month. You will be guided through the focused lifts for that particular month which will be adapted to your level.
Move Strong takes inspiration from other movement styles we admire such as strongman and olympic lifting alongside other big lifts such as squat, bench and deadlifts. Our goal is to empower our members to learn to lift heavy, move strong and find their confidence along the way.
