Our Instructors
Nicole Tait
I am a pole dance and movement coach. I am passionate about working with adventurous people who want to own their bodies and discover the infinite possibilities of movement available to them. I specialise in leading Creative and Contemporary Pole style sessions and have travelled and learnt from many inspiring instructors from different dance and pole backgrounds. My journey of finding my own value and love of what my body is capable of achieving has allowed me to help my clients uncover their own strength and confidence. My progressive tool box of dance and movement methods facilitate connections between me and my clients and also with the blossoming community I have nurtured here at Get Fit and Fly. My goal is to have everyone in the room believe that ‘The power is within you’.
Britt is an exuberant ray of sunshine in the studio and has been a student with us since 2017. After attending various other studios for a few years we are so happy she settled with us and started teaching with us in 2018 .Her dynamic pole style is always jaw dropping but don’t be fooled, she loves teaching all levels of pole . Britt also teaches our brilliant Intrinsic Heels class and is ‘Essential Science of Heels’ qualified.

Pam
I joined Get Fit and Fly as a student of pole in 2017 and have never left! I love teaching the solid foundations of training as it sets the stage for members to become confident and strong in their lifts.
I have a huge amount of pride in everything about our studio, not only on a personal basis with pole and my own body, but also for everyone here. Everybody is really keen to celebrate all wins, whether it’s a beginner or someone who has been there long-term – there is no scale to our celebrations! This studio and its community are a great source of joy to me – I have gained many friends, so much strength, so much sureness in my body, and the ability to really cheer and help others flourish.
Ailsa
The newest addition to the team at Get Fit and Fly, I qualified as a pole dance instructor in 2023. Growing up, I hated almost every sport until I signed up for pole at university a few months before lockdown and fell in love with it! After finishing my degree in 2021 and over a year without pole, I joined Get Fit and Fly as a student and immedialtey felt welcomed, attending as many classes as I could. I completed my Xpert Instructor Course in 2023 and now teach beginner's pole dance classes at Get Fit and Fly. Seeing my beginners smash their goals and grow in both their strength and confidence brings me such joy and is so inspiring to watch. If you feel like giving pole dance a shot, come along to one of my beginners' classes for some positive vibes and zero judgement and within a few weeks, you could be hanging upside down feeling super strong, or dancing round the pole with confidence!
